High Sheriff's Awards
WO Terry Bravin awarded the
'High Sheriff's Meritorious Service Award for 2007/2008'
  
Warrant Officer Terry Bravin is pictured with the High Sheriff, Martin Trainer, his daughter Claire, son in law Jason
and five week granddaughter Isabelle.
The Awards took place on Saturday 1st March 2008 at the Dylan Thomas Centre, Swansea where thirty awards
were made to various organisations. The Sea Cadets collected three awards whilst the Scouting and Guides
Associations collected over eight awards.

The award recognises his thirty years community work outside the Squadron with a local charity as well as his immense support of the Wings Appeal,Poppy Appeal and his meritorious service with the Squadron, Wing, Region and the Corps.


WO Bravin was also commeneded by the Lord Mayor of the City and County of Swansea, Councillor Susan Waller
for his breathtaking commitment to the community.

The High Sheriff, Mr Byron Lewis presented his High Sheriff's Awards for 2004/2005 at a prestigious ceremony at the
Guildhall, Swansea, which was also attended by the Lord Mayor, Councilor Margaret Smith.
The High Sheriff's Award paid tribute to the outstanding achievement made by Flt Lt Sid Fry to the Air Training Corps and his long
and distinguished service to the
Community of West Glamorgan.
